West Ham’s Pablo Fornals Emerges As Juventus’ New Replacement For Paul Pogba

According to TuttoSport, Juventus, an Italian powerhouse, has apparently shortlisted Pablo Fornals of West Ham as a potential Paul Pogba successor. As per The Athletic, Pogba’s job at Juventus will be evaluated by Cristiano Giuntoli, the club’s new sports director. Pogba’s season was hampered by injuries, which limited him to only six league games for The Old Lady.

Along with Fornals, other talented offensive midfielders on the shortlist include Yusuf Yazc of Lille, Sergej Milinkovi-Savi of Lazio, and Daichi Kamada of Frankfurt. Fornals has played in a respectable number of games for David Moyes’ team this year, but he hasn’t really stood out for the team or been a constant.

Given that Harvey Barnes is most likely going to sign with the Hammers and that Fornals, 27, only has one year left on his contract, perhaps his time in east London has come to an end. Fornals is hardly an unknown talent for Juventus because their new sports director Cristiano Giuntoli allegedly monitored him while he was playing for Villarreal.

Fornals scored seven goals for West Ham in all competitions last season and played as a substitute in the club’s triumphant Europa Conference League final, so he undoubtedly has something to give at the top level. Pablo’s recent legal troubles with Financial Fair Play, which might result in their expulsion from European play next season [FootballItalia], suggest that a move to one of the largest teams in international football would not be a bad option.

West Ham In Counter Eyeing On Armando Broja

West Ham United is considering making a bid to capture Armando Broja during the summer transfer window. Given the uncertain futures of Gianluca Scamacca, Danny Ings, and Michail Antonio at the London Stadium, Hammers manager David Moyes plainly needs to reinforce his center-forward ranks this summer. And it appears that the Scot is getting ready to move on someone who exactly matches his playing style.

TEAMtalk believes that the 21-year-old Chelsea center-forward is set to join the Hammers during the summer transfer window. Broja had a severe ACL tear in December, but he is anticipated to be back and fully functional for the start of the new season, and hammers fan will have no question of doubt that Broja would be an excellent addition under David Moyes’s ranks.

It is simple to understand why Moyes wants to recruit Broja because he looks to be the perfect fit for West Ham and because of the way he wears out the opponents with persistent runs into the channels. The Chelsea star is incredibly technically skilled as well as powerful in the air, excellent when playing with his back to goal and bringing others into action.

He appears to have a very unique ability and may be up for sale for about £35 million . That sounds like a complete no-brainer, and even with his recent injury, it would be a terrific bargain for West Ham if Moyes were to sign Armando Broja for that sort of money this summer.
