List of Five Potential Managers for West Ham, If David Moyes Gets Sacked

On Wednesday night, Newcastle brutally defeated West Ham 5-1 in the Premier League. With Leaving David Moyes fighting to keep his job. The defeat has put Moyes in a difficult position as he struggles to fight his position as the club’s manager.

When asked about the empty seats around the London Stadium late in the second half, the Hammers manager said he “would have left too” as the atmosphere quickly turned toxic. Which increased the pressure on his head too. Though sources have told Express Sport that it’s ‘business as usual’ on Thursday morning in East.

Four other clubs, including Bournemouth who are now in 18th place. Are now tied for the most points with West Ham, who are still in 15th position. Anyone might knock out of the top spot before the season is out, given how close the bottom is.

Another thing to consider is whether the Irons will sack Moyes or not. As they are still four games away from reaching the Conference League final. If West Ham do pull the trigger, Moyes will have little options left.

New Potential Managers For West Ham

1. Mark Noble – Caretaker

Noble for West Ham would raise morale among both players and spectators, making him a logical pick given the club’s present challenges.

He also appeared in the majority of the team’s games last season and has plenty of relegation battle experience. Having failed to avert the drop in 2011.

This would be an attempt to boost squad morale, as West Ham has a stronger roster than their league standing would indicate. When the season is over and West Ham can wait for the right manager to be appointed. Noble would provide a fresh start and may be a good pick.

2. Rafael Benitez

If Moyes is fired, Benitez would be a strong contender for the position in West Ham. Given the Spaniard has extensive Premier League experience with Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle, and Everton. His style of play is not the most appealing, he would solidify West Ham and keep them from conceding goals.

While at Liverpool, he was well-known for his 2-0 and 1-0 victories, and the Reds had one of the greatest defensive records in the Premier League. Benitez may help West Ham up to the end of the current campaign, following which they can concentrate on a long-term hire.

West Ham will profit significantly from clean sheets right now because players like Jarrod Bowen would create several scoring chances. Benitez may assist West Ham until the conclusion of the current season, after which they can focus on a long-term hiring.

3. Patrick Vieira

Given the chance to send the Eagles down, Vieira could feel compelled to accept the role because he believes he has something to prove after being let go by them. Another factor that may attract the Frenchman to accept the post is the fact that he wouldn’t have to move due to West Ham’s location.

He is another excellent option due to his availability following his dismissal from Crystal Palace last month.

Despite having a solid defense, his Palace squad struggled to score goals in the last weeks of his rule. It’s questionable if Vieira is the right man to break the Irons out of their present slump because West Ham’s forward line is currently struggling.

4. Brendan Rodgers

Rodgers is another excellent option, but it’s tough to imagine him taking another job where relegation is a possibility after being dismissed by Leicester when the stakes are so high. The Northern Irishman will have several options this summer for West Ham, when he may re-organise and begin new in a new position.

He will want to avoid taking West Ham down since doing so would put him in an extraordinary situation and cause his reputation to suffer. Despite this, there is no doubt Rodgers would be worth the risk given. But his track record of putting together great teams throughout his managerial career.

5. Michael Carrick

Carrick, a former West Ham player, would be a well-liked candidate, but it would be difficult to convince him to leave Middlesbrough at this point in the season. If they fall short of Sheffield United for the automatic promotion spot, Boro will be getting ready for the play-offs.

Money talks, but it would be extraordinary for Carrick to throw away what he has built over the course of the season so far. Carrick is most likely to remain on Teesside through at least the conclusion of the current campaign. But he may be a viable option this summer. for West Ham.
