A former employee of West Ham United has stated that the club is supposedly on the cusp of announcing the new home jersey for the 2023–24 season, which will include sponsorship from JD Sports. This information comes from a former worker at the club.
It is almost expected that Betway and Umbro will continue to serve as the club’s sponsors for the foreseeable future. However, a credible club insider by the name of Ex thinks that beginning with the forthcoming season, the sleeve sponsorship for the Hammers will no longer be given by Scope Markets but rather by the eight billion pound firm JD Sports.
According to, ExWHUemployee West Ham United football team will be changing from Scope Markets to the £8 billion firm JD Sports beginning with the upcoming season. Ex announced on his Patreon page that the new jerseys have already been shown to West Ham United players and staff and are expected to be presented to the public very soon.
He said, “As we have covered for months now Betway and Umbro will remain the main supply and sponsor but we believe the sleeve sponsorship could be changing from Scope Markets to JD Sports” he further added, “There is talk that the home shirt could be released within the next week or so as other clubs have done.”
New Sponsor On-board
As West Ham United prepares for a new chapter at London Stadium, the club has been actively searching for a new sponsor for many months now. There has been some discussion over the prospect of a new stadium sponsor as well as naming rights, which, if realised, would make the Hammers the official proprietors of the stadium.
After a dismal season in the Premier League, during which they focused almost exclusively on avoiding finishing in the bottom three, the East Londoners have a lot of room for improvement. In spite of this, it looks that Karen Brady and the board of directors for the Hammers are ready to get things moving in preparation for the 2023/2024 season.
On Sunday, the Hammers won a crucial match against Manchester United by a score of 1-0. There is still more to aim for in order to make this season a thrilling success despite the challenges that have been presented, as West Ham United is still competing on the European front and is getting set to meet AZ Alkmaar in the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League. Despite these challenges, there is still more to strive for.
And the revelation of a new sleeve sponsor is certain to excite the curiosity of Hammers supporters in the coming weeks and months as the team strives to restore their position among the Premier League’s elite for the next season.
